Huntington Museum lectures

Did you know that the Huntington Library and Museum has a lecture series? Tickets are free but you need to sign up in advance.

On a recent evening, I had the opportunity to see a panel discussion on PBS’s “Mercy Street” and Medical Histories of the Civil War and how it relates to the Huntington’s collection of Civil War letters. I learned that the Huntington Museum has the third largest collection of Civil War correspondence in the country.

Followed by tea and cookies provided by The Huntington in the courtyard afterward.

A great way to spend an evening in the City of Pasadena.
