The Return-To-Work Migration

When the pandemic hit I helped many clients locate homes in the suburbs or further
out, with rooms that could be converted to Zoom offices for work-from-home and
spaces that could be used as classrooms for remote and home-schooling. Now with
the pandemic-influenced lifestyle waning, the importance of being in the office
growing and traditional classrooms open, many are making the decision to move
again.

According to a September report by Redfin, about 10% of homeowners are
currently making the decision to relocate closer to work. They are also looking for
smaller square footage since they won’t need as much flex-use space.

Are you thinking about making a migration? Whether your trail leads you to Southern California or elsewhere in the world. I am happy to help point you in the right direction.
